How do we do this?
- We review your current rate plan and when available, secure lower rates
- Check your bill for errors
- Check to make sure you are taking advantage of all the incentives available to you
- Advise you on the most current technology for telecommunications & or public utilities which could save you money
- Secure refunds that are owed to you
- We are your point of contact for customer service
There is no cost to you when we act as brokers.
As a Consultant we we work on a contingency basis.
If we save you money we share....no savings... there is no cost to you.
Some of our larger clients have us manage their accounts and for that we bill on an hourly or fixed fee basis.
As a telecommunications consultant, we can create/manage your telecommunications department, create and manage RFPS and help to set up new services where you chose a provider with whom we do not work. We are compensated on an hourly basis for this service.
The starting point is to review your bills. We then provide a written report with our findings that we then implement with your approval.
